I would’ve given this place a zero based on how much they charge, however, my tech deserves a five star rating. I am a healthcare provider myself. I order imaging studies from x-rays to PET/CT’s on a regular basis. I have the best health insurance there is. If I was paying cash an x-ray would have cost me at most $150-$200. They are charging my insurance company $2200 for a simple hand x-ray and me $457. This is literally robbery. I will never go there again and I will make sure my patients do not either.

I love this facility! It’s close to my home; everyone is kind; I’ve gone here a few times and before and during they’re prompt and professional! I recommend this Touchstone location 10/10!

The scheduler was very pleasant and called within a very short time of receiving the referral from my PCP. I was given an appointment that very afternoon. The receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable. I had a very short wait before the technician came to complete my imaging. Kaitlyn saw to it that I was comfortable before she began the procedure. She completed the imaging, took care of my safety, and made sure that I knew what to expect going forward as far as getting the test results and all. I would highly recommend Touchstone Imaging in McKinney, Texas.

Facility is not wheelchair friendly and the front office staff was extremely rude. Will be requesting all future imaging orders to be sent anywhere else. Front office staff could not be bothered to move to a wheelchair friendly window much less assist a kid in a wheelchair with their obnoxiously heavy doors that don’t have automatic opening options. You’d think an imaging clinic would be more accessible. Additionally the lady refused to call and verify the we met our OOP for the year nor would she even check us in until we paid money I knew we didn’t owe. Definitely won’t be back.

I went into the office last minute as a walk in after seeing my doctor and having an mri ordered. Yolonda at the front desk was so accommodating. She did not have any mri appointments open but she checked at the other locations and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Touchstone imaging is lucky to have such amazing people to work with patients. I highly recommend this office for all your imaging needs.
