If you have someone that you love or care about, please do not have them utilize this company. do not utilize them yourself. They will reschedule constantly, your appointment Will be continuously canceled and rescheduled based on their whims At the drop of a hat--and your lab work will be lost, After you have been told to go outside and have your blood drawn outside of your home, even though your dog is inside of its kennel. It is hard for me as a person with an advanced degree to believe I am writing such a review about a company here in town. I believe in supporting local companies and also women and this has been a very shocking and surprising experience As someone who is homebafter-presently after having chemotherapy treatment, I did not have a choice other than to use this company. The technician would often show up smelling sometimes like pot, with red eyes and at one point I asked if she could take my drug scale. I did not feel as if I was in a position to frankly say no because otherwise I would be unable to have my labs drawn. This is not a good or a safe place to have what is very important medical information taken. Please, please don't feel like you are a bother and call that friend to take you instead. There are ethical and legal issues which come from using this company. Sick people have no choice but to have themselves reschedule rescheduled multiple times and over 20+ times in 16 months is not only disrespectful? It is a danger to your basic health. There are other labs that can come out to your home, though they may be more expensive in the long run. This and my association with this company has been very, very costly. I also have never been spoken to in the way that I have by a company that I am paying in the way that this technician spoke to me (name calling, all cap letter text messages--frankly, scary). Out of fear of retribution or reprisal, I will not post those pictures here and I do believe that this is a person who is simply having a very hard time currently in their life. Please--Find another company. You and your health matter.
