My son and daughter in law just had their babies this week and it wasn't a very good experience. #1 the thermostat in room read 72 and the room temp it was NOT 72, a room with two 36 week babies in a air conditioned room isnt the best. This was brought up to staff day one and they said they put a work order in at least twice and no one ever came and looked at it 4 days n later. #2 housekeeping never came in and cleaned her room the garbage we did a few times, anyone that knows postpartum that isnt very sanitary to leave bathroom garbage full. The only reason I even gave 1 star is Kimberly and Autumn were very wonderful with mom, dad and babies, helped with questions in a way they understood and felt heard. First time parent I would think labor and delivery staff would be more cognizant.

I had an excellent experience at Trinity Health – Hospital. The staff was caring, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I always felt informed and supported. Highly recommend for quality, compassionate care!

Awful. They made my wife wait for an hour, and she was nearly throwing up from her pain. We finally got a room, and they made her wait another hour. She threw up, and I had to clean it up with no assistance other than telling me where the wipes were. They were even going to leave her in her gown that had the throw-up on it until I pushed for a new one. They were clearly annoyed she threw up, so they fast-tracked someone to come in who didn't even take the time to introduce themselves and then proceeded to practically tell my wife how she should feel. I don't even know if we spoke to a doctor the entire time we were there. I also noticed no one had name tags (the first hospital I have been to that doesn't have them). They then told us to keep doing what we were already doing, which wasn't working. My wife and I are so flabbergasted and blindsided by all this. We moved here 5 years ago, and now I understand why everyone recommends going to the Bismarck hospital. This was easily the least professional interaction I have ever had in any setting. McDonald's has more professionalism than this hospital. Dont trust this hospital with anything, if you can get to any where else even a veterinarian clinic you will probably be better assisted.

We are sitting in the back waiting room for my mom to be seen and this intoxicated man came with a liquor bottle and literally started to light his cigarette (my mom on oxygen )being loud inappropriate and making my mom Uncomfortable, When I told the nurse ( angel she was amazing) she went and got security and all they did was snuck up took his liquor and left. Cool you took his liquor but he is still intoxicated being inappropriate loud and cussing making my mom uncomfortable and feel unsafe.. this place is really becoming a joke.

They discharged my mother too early. The social worker was worthless. We were told that she wouldn't be discharged until services were in place and referrals were made. She had a heart attack and has dementia. They discharged abruptly and made assumptions about her ability to pay because she is Native American. When the social worker did finally come around with some brochures, not the promised referrals after we demanded to see her. She had told my daughter the day before that she would return with referrals and a packet. She never did. She did, however; offer me information on how to apply for Medicaid for my mother. My mother has never in her entire life qualified for Medicaid. I'm confidant that this hospital did not meet the standards of care for post heart attack care nor for dementia
