Horrible service and overall experience. We visited twice and both times we called ahead to ask for the expected costs and confirm insurance coverage. Both times we were told a completely different cost (significantly larger) when we got to the appointment. At the last visit we were told that our insurance would not cover the exam, but when I called our provider the next day, they confirmed we were eligible to have it covered. Completely disorganized and unprofessional.

My eye care team was wonderful. From start to finish they were knowledgable and kind. Crystal the receptionist, helped me make my appointment was there to greet me with a smile, Leah took care of all the testing and prep work and then Dr. Menner helped correct my vision so I could once again see at a distance. Great job everyone.

Absolutely loved going to these guys to get my new Ferragamo glasses… adjusted them to fit me comfortably and was very attentive and knowledgeable. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Always a great visit. You have the most wonderful staff we always feel so welcome. We believe we gear great care. It is so nice to go to a medical facility and be treated so special and get great care. We drive 180 miles round trip to come here and would NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Thank you so much. My appointment for an eye exam was at the Delaware, Ohio office. I had not been in for an exam since 2023, and I was really impressed with the new technology. My optician, Geri, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She provided me with options of lenses, frames and pricing. My doctor, Valerie Danford, OD was wonderful and showed me the results of the testing as well as conducted some additional tests in the exam room. She took time to answer all of my questions and gave me great confidence in my vision as well as the condition of my eyes. My experience was truly wonderful.
