Visiting Dental Xrays

The providers at this practice are great, and I've had a good experience over the past few years. However, I've noticed a shift in the practice's focus from being patient-centric to more business-centric. It feels unusual to be encouraged to purchase in-house items rather than receiving a prescription. As a patient, my preference is to continue using a prescription medication that has proven effective for me in the past, especially when the suggested all-natural in-house alternative costs significantly more. I understand it’s recommended but I don’t want to shell extra bucks for a so called all natural product. I am perfectly fine with using a medically safe chemical product which works for me.

I had a great first visit at this office today. I was expecting the usual mountain of paperwork, but everything was sent ahead of time, I filled it out before arriving and didn’t have to complete anything in the office, which was a huge plus. I was brought back quickly by a very friendly staff member who took the time to talk with me about why I was there and let me know the dentist would be in shortly. The dentist came in, listened carefully, found the issue, and clearly explained my options. Before starting the procedure, someone went over the out-of-pocket cost with me up front, which I really appreciated no surprises months later After everything was finished, they explained what to expect, what not to expect, and gave recommendations going forward. Checkout was fast and easy as well. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Today I got the best treatment from Louisa, Jen and Dr Martin! They treated me kindly and provided the best care. No rushing me or my hundreds of questions. I would recommend them to anyone who has dental anxiety. Their “chair side” manner was better than any I’ve experienced! Thank you Louisa, Jen and Dr Martin for being the best!!

Such a kind and welcoming dental office! The entire team takes the time to educate you and truly makes you feel comfortable. My dental hygienist, Jen, is an angel! Both Dr. Cornetta and Dr. Martin are amazing dentists and it’s obvious they both love what they do! I’ve had many dental procedures in the past and get nervous about going to the dentist, but they are patient, reassuring, and caring every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! Everyone there was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The office is absolutely gorgeous — super clean and comfortable. Jen, the hygienist, was AMAZING! She was so gentle and really eased my anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Martin was just as great — kind, professional, and really took the time to explain everything. Love how they both didn't rush me out and had great conversations with me as if I was a friend and not another patient. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I also appreciate their honesty and not being “pushy” to get the work done right away or pushing me to get work I didn't even need. When other offices do this it puts a bad taste in my mouth- Woodside was complete opposite of what Im used to. Then we have the beautiful Dental Asst Hayley who was wonderful also- her energy, kindness, and natural charm made the whole visit even brighter with a smile that could light up a room full of darkness (full disclosure she is my daughter, and the beautiful smile, woodside helped her get 😉) BUT I’d totally go here even if she didn’t work there. Woodside from my home is almost 40min so for me to go to them you can tell its worth the ride! Highly recommend!!!!
