The nurses at Waypoint and the receptionists are very kind and compassionate with their patients. Doctor Brady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with treating my condition. He explained in a very thorough manner in detail all that is going on with my sickness and how to treat it and how to manage it as it works it's course.

Dr. Josiah Brinkley is the only physician who genuinely listens to me and acknowledges my health concerns. His dedication to patient care is outstanding, his bedside manner is exceptional, and I felt very comfortable in his care. I would highly recommend his team; they are exceptional.

Good 1st experience. Knowledgeable staff got my daughter in and out in a very timely manner. They also found an ear infection that she’s had pain with that urgent care in Mason City completely missed less than 18hrs prior.
