They made what can be an uncomfortable appointment feel easy and stress-free. The process was quick and efficient, and I truly appreciated how comfortable they made me feel. I am so glad I went to Dakota Radiology today. This was my 72nd image at various places and I have always enjoyed them exceptionally. Throughout their little change, I had to have six other images that they did not get to take. I am so grateful their machine is up and running also! And, it was so nice to see the same technician there that was there in December. That was the last one I had at their “outdoor machine”, which I will never use again. It doesn’t seem like the nurses are there anymore, which I truly miss them because they were so helpful to me back in December. It was very nice to see the same technician again. I look forward to using Dakota Radiology as my home MRI. It has such a small town feel to it and I truly feel like I am important there which I very much appreciate! I would highly recommend them!!

Christin was really kind, gentle, and told me everything that she was going to do! She kept asking if I was okay! I appreciated her kindness and sense of humor. Best experience I have ever had doing a mammogram!

Receptionists were courteous, friendly, and quick to get me checked in. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The mammogram tech was thorough with getting me situated and ready for my appointment. Was very good at explaining that was going on and the steps to move the procedure along quickly. Always a good pleasant experience at the clinic.

Everyone here was very nice! I unfortunately ended up having a reaction to the contrast here and they were very fast with getting me taken care of and making sure I was alright! They administered the meds need to counteract the reaction and kept me calm as I was kind of freaking out a bit. They were all amazing and I’m very thankful!
