This place is always very efficient in getting you seen and diagnosed and out the door with the treatment you need for whatever you come in for. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend coming here for things that need urgency but don't quite require the ER.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I brought my 1-year-old son here yesterday and he was diagnosed with RSV. We were told that if his symptoms worsened, we should bring him back. The very next day, his symptoms progressed, so I scheduled an appointment and returned as instructed. When I arrived, the front desk staff asked why we were there. I explained that we were told to come back if his symptoms got worse. She responded by saying that since it’s RSV, they wouldn’t really do anything anyway, but she would speak to the doctor. A few minutes later, she returned and told me they would not give a steroid or breathing treatment, so there wasn’t much they could do. They never even evaluated my son. It was very clear they did not want to see him. I asked for my copayment back and left. I immediately took him somewhere else, where they assessed him right away. They noted he was belly breathing heavily, his oxygen levels were low, and his lungs sounded “crunchy.” They gave him a steroid and a breathing treatment in the office to see how he responded — the exact two treatments the previous facility said they wouldn’t provide. The staff there told me they were confident he would have ended up in the ER that night if we had simply gone home. I am extremely disappointed in the neglect and lack of care shown toward my child. RSV is very serious in children under two, and this facility failed to take his worsening symptoms seriously. Thankfully, we went somewhere that actually cared enough to examine and treat him.

Great experience coming here for my injury. Cindy at the front desk was so kind and even helped bring me back to the room since no one else was waiting. Karen the PA was friendly, experienced and efficient. Laura was super nice and helped bandage me up. All the staff was friendly and got me in and out quickly!

I am very satisfied with care that I received however: I am just not accustomed to someone speaking to me so rapidly especially when so sick . Also the pharmacy was closed next door : as a courtesy a patient shld be made aware ESPECIALLY if medication is direly NEEDED. That puts us in the land of NO WHERE not being able to obtain medication. Generally I come here for real help so this place is a life saver. Front desk is so professional and very pleasant. Thank you!!

I came in with my daughter, and we were in a hurry. I let them know that, and to my surprise they cared not only about providing quality care to my daughter but, they were mindful of the limited time I had. You don’t normally find that kind of character in people anymore, but here Dr. Davis was careful, quick, and honest. Wow, I left impressed. His staff was even understanding that even though I had this emergency with my daughter, they were also quick to respond to my urgency of time. Thank you to all the staff there and to Dr. Davis who did a great job all the way through.
