Great Customer Service from London and Janet! London is Sweet, Professional and Efficient. Janet has great bedside manners! So Sweet as well and made me feel comfortable during my exam. She’s Friendly, professional and efficient. I had a good experience.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful and amazing. And the process was very easy. The facilities are fine, but you can tell they're long in the tooth. It would be wonderful to get a refresh for the hard working folks and their clients there. But all in all a good day. :)

I want to preface this review by saying that I think it's a privilege to have kind and polite front office staff these days. They're usually there just to help move the process along so any extra warmth and politeness is truly a bonus. That said, Valeria was incredibly thorough in helping me with my check in with London assisting as well. Both were welcoming before I was even seen and their attentiveness really stood out. Once inside Leslie was the one who got me set up she was especially attentive and kind throughout. All in all this place was fast and efficient but what I appreciated most was how well they handled my anxiety. It made a real difference. If I ever need these services again it's people like Valeria, London and Leslie that would bring me back to this specific location.

Very clean, on time and the technician and front desk employees were wonderful and friendly! Great service all around! I Had 2 test, a Shoulder MRI and a Neck CT and Both Techs were Fantastic and asked every question and all details of my accident and all surgeries since . Very thorough .The Only reason I’m Giving 4 starts is not the location itself fault, it’s the Radnet scheduling system itself, I actually had 2 test scheduled and there were some glitches and some confusion . It will either Remind you excessively or not at all, all systems have glitches ,So Not that Big of a Deal and things do happen in a modern electronic world . ABSOLUTELY Great service , and Definitely Recommend !!

Jackie at RadNet truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jackie is a huge asset to RadNet and sets the tone for excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
