I just had an AllStat van (worker on duty) almost cause an accident and run me off the road because they didn’t want me to switch lanes and move over in front of them. Illinois license plate # 3483064. The driver sped up so as not to allow me to merge and almost caused us to collide. I had to slam on my brakes because they were ready to side swipe me. Then the driver went AROUND me (he or she went into the opposite direction lane just to do this) just to get back in front of me. NO person working in a medical setting should be allowed to behave in such a way.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FACILITY. One of your residents could have a broken leg from a fall and they do not care. Chest pain? Better off calling the ambulance. They do not prioritize their orders and they allow their technicians to pick witch facilities they do or do not want to go to. I also work at a senior living facility and the service they have would NEVER take a whole week for an ultrasound or x-ray. They say “our technicians are experiencing delays” and in reality it’s just one of their technicians choosing not to go to the facility. They are very short staffed with technicians and don’t want the facilities to know. There were cases were patients died waiting for their services. Bottom line find a different company or send your patients to the hospital because this one is no good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE service. Our MD at home ordered a ECHO for my sister with Down syndrome (she does not leave the house) and they scheduled us for Saturday 7/13 to come - no one shows up. Turns out we were never on schedule for that day but for the 31st. We waited all day. Also when calling the office no one knows anything, apparently the technician makes his own schedule and until he calls you you will not know a time or even a 2 hour time window. Anyways, Then they moved us up for Tuesday 7/16- again no one showed up. We waited again all day until finally the tech decided to call us at 4pm claiming his phone didn’t work?? He said he can’t come today anymore because he’s already at home …. He scheduled us again for next day. He finally came. He came with an attitude like he’s doing us a favor. Mind you that my sister is a really hard patient and she doesn’t like when people touch her and such which was obviously explained and everything. She didn’t want to lay down so I asked if it’s ok if she set while the exam. He started fussing saying HIS hand will go numb?? I guess the technicians are more important than the patient. I understand that the situation is not ideal but we “take whatever is given” and she has severe Down syndrome. Anyways, he did what we asked but he obviously didn’t want to be here. Not sure why he chose that job. Not every at home patient is an excellent patient when they have no choice but to lay there without movement and that is the truth. The only reason we decided to still go with the exam is bc the MD at home only uses them as a portable exams practice but if you can do yourselves a favor and stay away. It will save you and your loved ones a lot of headache and time !!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My Grandma is a resident in a Skokie facility. I waited two days for a STAT order. The technician Jerome was rude and disrespectful to my grandma and facility members. Makes me wonder if they even interview people before they hire them. Would definitely recommend you go elsewhere.

You cannot get a live person on the phone to save your life. When you do get one and need to speak to a supervisor, you have to leave a voicemail which they will never return. We ordered an x-ray on 12/9/22 which still has not been done and today is 12/14/22. A stat doppler to rule out a DVT took 5 days before they finally came out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR PATIENTS!!
