Xray techs were great and came promptly. Billing never happened with our insurance and after 3 years of this, we were told when needing an emergency xray that they couldn't do it. Our insurance co had no record of any bills ever being submitted. Payment was sent by insurance co.and AXS claims they never received it. Payment issued again. Issue is still ongoing. Something is seriously wrong with the billing dept.

Terrible X-rays. The oblique was off center and useless as were the APOM for the c/s series.
