Not only the lady in charge of discribing how I needed to place myself for best results; I have been impressed by her intelligence and personality . She made my visit quite comfortable and even injoyable.

I waited more than an hour. I saw people come after me and go in. I had things to do. Finally I went up to the desk and asked how much longer, she asked my name again and she stated they will be getting you right now. I was the only one waiting. She didn't even apologize that she put me in the wrong list, the people in the back did not know I was there.

I can’t say enough good about my experience at Arizona Diagnostic Radiology Westgate!! The two female Technicians were friendly and expedient! Because my right knee was hurting so bad, I was put in a wheelchair and taken to the x-ray room wherein they both were so accommodating, helping me stand and returning me to the wheelchair within 15 minutes of arrival and wheeling me out to the car wherein they again assisted me getting in the car. Kudos to these two Ladies for their awesome assistance afforded me! Never in my entire life has getting x-rays taken been so easily accomplished!

The gentleman that did my exam was extremely nice and understanding especially since im claustrophobic. The front desk could have been more friendly and more informing especially when taking payments since there is a 13.00 fee for credit cards and the fact i asked if should could verify the insurance price and she completely ignored my request. I just paid the self pay rate
