I got to the ER by ambulance at 03:30 am on Thursday. It been over 29 hours I've only seen a handful of people. Nobody had explained to me any tests or even talked to me. The only time I get anyone, is when I push the call button and it takes upward of ten minutes and them they act like I was bothering them. All wanted it was ice. every time I come here, it's the worst customer service. It's not the exceptional care that I expect from the hospital of this caliber.

So I went in to be seen in emergency dept. And they take blood work but use expired vials for culture samples to be sent to lab like it’s not going to give a false positive or false negative answer. Dr. Was rude and very disrespectful. Fairly certain non of them qualified to put even a bandaid on a scraped knee personal opinion. Also to top it off she left 2 in room with me saying she will be back for them later. Like what in the hell is this place doing still open for business for real…..

I’ve been in the waiting room for 40min, used the restroom and they took back the lady who came in after me….who’s only been here 10 minutes. Is this protocol? If you use the restroom you lose your spot in line no matter how long you wait? I haven’t been here in 8 years due to bad experiences. Thought maybe I would give them another try since it’s been taken over. I was wrong. Nothings changed!!!

I was forced to leave AMA because I asked what tests the doctor wanted to admit me to run that hadn't been run in the ER. I came in from extreme dizziness. He got mad and stormed out of the room and said you're leaving AMA. Then the nurse came in and just ripped the wires from the monitors off of my chest. She laughed and said she was sorry, she thought they were disconnected. Um you shut the machine off so you knew they were hooked up. All of my tests came back okay. I simply asked what other tests warranted me to be admitted and he couldn't give me an answer. Dr Ahmad was the doctor. They have not improved at all. I felt like they were holding me hostage because if you leave AMA insurance won't pay. Never again.

Rude nurses. Upon entry no one greeted me. The older CNA in the blood draw area was cursing and talking about how her day was too long and how she wanted to go home. Receptionist was an airhead. The guy that drew my blood was incredibly rude and no one had any social skills. It was a party back there not work. Maybe don’t cuss in front of people. Extremely unprofessional. The doctor was great.
