My late father recieved a mobile xray in 2018. He died 2019. I was his executor. I paid everything within 6 Mos. His estate was open till last year when I sold house. He has been dead 5 years and 4 months. This company in June to Sept of this year 2024! Now readjusts the claim from 2018 saying they made a billing error and wants money. Despicable idiots.

I’m very pleased with Biotech’s service- it has saved me from having to go somewhere else for an x-ray on many occasions. They are very helpful and efficient.

This is the worst company ever. They mislead and lie about things, people on a regular basis. Our recommendation is run don’t walk to a different company
