I had to go to the emergency room last year due to having a kidney infection the ultrasound was a good experience the tech was super nice to me while I was in a lot of pain the 2nd ultrasound was super fast

Went in for imaging today, I’ve never had an ultrasound before and my appointment was by referral. Apparently the person who scheduled me was supposed to tell me to drink 24oz of water an hour before my appointment and failed to, and the instructions were not on my digital appointment details - so after an already crappy encounter with the imaging reception staff who were impatient and rude even though I was polite and on time, I had another staff member come into my exam room after initial imaging who blatantly blamed me and told me I’d have to reschedule and then didn’t even give me privacy to redress before directing me to the exit. I am embarrassed and frustrated to say the absolute least. Awful experience that was entirely preventable.

My 4 month old son needed to get an ultrasound of a cyst on his eyebrow. Check in was easy, the staff was so kind, and the techs made sure me and my son were comfortable during the exam. Within a half hour the results were published to MyChart and ready for his provider to view. We had a really great experience with this imaging center and will be back if ever needed! Thank you Imaging/Check-In staff!

On October 2nd 2023 I had a MRE done at this facility. During the procedure we had to stop due to conduction occurring across my legs. That was resolved and the scan proceeded. Following completion of the MRE, I returned to the changing room and removed the scrubs I had worn for the MRE to find that I was burned about my whole body, and appeared as if I spent a few too many hours at the beach. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and expressed my understandable concerns. I received no explanation, and not even an apology. I came in for a diagnostic procedure, I walked out burned head to toe,. Think twice before scheduling here.
