Why are the prices on clothing so different at this store? Other GW stores are $5.50 across the board for shirts yet the Urbandale store is $8.90. You are the same company right? It’s bizarre the Urbandale store is just about twice as much for the same items. The inconsistency is baffling.

Changed return policy in timeframe from when I bought something then went to make a return a few days later. Original receipt says NOTHING about store credit only! No warning when I checked out. IA AG says that is ILLEGAL!! This place gets worse EVERY VISIT!! Floors and smell are super gross!

There used to be the weirdest smell EVERY time I came into this store and they have done a great job at getting rid of that smell! Very overall clean store and well put together and the staff are really nice! Always great place to shop for those great everyday finds!

It's not perfect. They definitely overprice things because they ha no idea what to charge For instance a 10+ year old leaf blower was $16 But sometimes when you need clothes or furniture or knick knacks you can always count on a Good Will

July 10th the entire family stopped in and had found lots of goodies 👍 as we were checking out we meet Joy our cashier who was phenomenal at her job and went way above and beyond 👏👏 thanks for sharing your story you had earlier in your shift from a fellow shopper Goodwill of Central Iowa should be grateful to have you Joy Hopefully we will get back down for more potential goodies and run into you again Joy Thanks so much
