The actual testing was subpar. The man that came out just took over our bedroom and was very rude. For the billing side of things, I have tried several times to reach out to their billing department. MEDTECHBILLING. No one ever answers the phone. The website wouldn't accept any card I gave it. Finally someone called me back after an email and they told me they got my bill paid with my Flex spending card and gave me a transaction number. Then I get another bill in the mail. I don't know who this organization stays in business. I will not be paying this bill for a second time.

I put off having my ultrasound due to COVID. After being so careful and going no where for almost 2 years was potentially exposed to COVID in a doctors office. When I heard about this service I felt very comfortable going forward with my ultrasound. They came to my home, no exposure with other patients, no waiting and no commute. Very professional and rapid results. Strongly recommend!

Highly recommend this service! So easy from scheduling to test procedure. Tech came to my home right on schedule and since he came to my home no exposure to anything, no wait and no drive. Very prompt and professional from start to finish. Results were sent to my primary care dr. in a timely manner.

Convenient process, my wife was able to get 2 imaging tests done right at home. Scheduling was easy and the technician was very polite.

This service is subpar. I ordered 4 tests for 4 different patients on Thursday morning. On Friday afternoon I called to get an ETA. I was told that a tech would be out that evening. On Sunday morning I followed up and was told that the tech would be out this morning. It is now after 2:30. No diagnostics have been performed and now after calling 3x- I’ve received no answer and no return call. Mean while 2 of the 4 patients scheduled to receive service have been sent to the hospital. This could have certainly been avoided had they received their imaging in a timely manner. Delays in treatment is not an excuse for poor service. Please do better!
