Jersey Diagnostic took me the same day that I had an exam with the Nurse Practitioner at my PCP's office. My foot was swollen for a week, so it was important I receive the leg sonogram as soon as possible. I appreciated the prompt service and helpful staff members at the front desk.

My grandmother and I had a great experience with the staff at this location. I had an emergency and explained to the ladies and both of them helped me to get everything working for my earliest convenient and especially for my grandmother that had a really hard time walking. It was fast, on time and very professional. Mainly I have to say they made it so easy for us and we felt so appreciate it. My grandmother felt so cared and loved that doesn’t mind to come back. Thank you ladies for the great service. We both did X-rays.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed me to check in 20 minutes early and took me right on schedule.

My mom and I come here often, the ladies are great and very nice. However, the secretary, who was polish, was very rude making a comment to two hispanic men, who did not understand or speak English very well, saying “this is America, you should learn to speak English”. When I confronted her about the comment she said she didn’t say that but then proceeded to say “I said that to you too.” I thought it was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
