Great service! The lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful. The ultrasound tech was also very kind and informative. I really appreciated the level of respect they have for their patients, as that is not always the case in the medical field.

This is by far the best imaging center we’ve been to. We’ve had 5 scans in the last few years and always treated with extra care. Love all of DRH. Keep up the great work

They charge different amounts for the same scan without telling you. Make sure you get a price EVERY time before getting a scan here or you will get a surprise bill that you didn’t expect. I will be going out of Duncan for future scans.

Very clean place, the staff is very nice and helpful for the most part. However be warned that the “arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment” thing is not a suggestion! I was so afraid they were going to cancel my mri and make me wait longer because I arrived at the scheduled time instead of early like I should’ve. My fault but still I felt like I was being treated like a bother because of it by the front desk staff. The people who do the imaging are always kind and clear in their instructions though. Overall recommend.
