Very kind MRI operator - sensitive to an 80 year olds many pains in trying to lay down on the machine and help in getting on an off the table. Very pleasant front desk person too. Very helpful.

This place is only for walk-ins. Our first time coming it was a long wait but it didnt feel like it once we got in thw back we was out in less then 10 minutes. The members was quiet for the most part but they was doing there jobs. They were nice when I start speaking to them. I would come to this location again

The technicians are amazing. Tyler is such a beautiful spirit of loving energy. I am so grateful. I told them that whenever I have to come back, I would like both of them to be my technicians for the rest of my life. If I have to do it amazing amazing experience. I'm very grateful especially with what I'm going through right now.

I was able to get an appointment quickly 5 stars. Receptionist needs to be replaced 1 star. Very rude and didn't speak loud enough. Sipping on her drink and disinterested in her job. Technician Mike 5 stars!! Explained the process, made sure I was comfortable and very kind. The place needs a serious cleaning and paint. Bathroom was dirty and scuffed paint everywhere. Felt like a county facility instead of being in Northridge. 2 stars.

So I went to Northridge Diagnostic Center today, it was easy to locate albeit small place with limited parking lot the turnover was fast. I was told to wait for an hour for my chest X-ray so I decided to wait in my car due to limited seats at the waiting area. Turns out that the waiting time was only 20 mins. hence I missed my name getting called so had to wait for another 15-20 mins to get called again for the second time. Other than that, everything else is satisfactory and the staff are respectful and very professional.
