Took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to get test completed. When bill was received they didn’t have insurance information. It took several attempts ( at least 15 calls over 2 weeks) to reach billing department as they never answered their phone. Their message said they would return the call “ promptly “ but it was usually at least 24 hrs before they called back and I wasn’t available to answer. Very disappointed in their services. Guess that’s what happens when you don’t have any competition.

Its 2020 and you somehow these people lack the capability to accept bill payment over the phone?

Very unorganized. There are no set areas as they will tell you there is. Benefits suck and most of the vans are not in best condition. They switch hours on the schedule and then do not tell you. Communication does not exist in this company.
