I choose the i25 location because everybody is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is calm and everything is clean. However the last 3 phone calls I've made have not been pleasant. I have simple questions but the lady at the front desk said she couldn't answer questions. I was told to call scheduling even though it wasn't a scheduling question. The lady at scheduling tried to give me answers but they were answers indicating she wasn't 100% sure. She was friendly, but I don't want answers that might not be accurate simply because they haven't been given the information. Too bad the lady at the front desk didn't have anywhere to direct my call. My questions are simple but I don't have a way to get answers. So, if phone were my first experience with this practice I would go elsewhere.

I had my first breast MRI today, and with a strong family history of breast cancer, my anxiety was through the roof. Todd made the experience great, well as great as it can be for an MRI..LOL Todd did not treat me like just another patient, he took his time with me. He looked me in the eye, he explained everything, and he made sure I was okay. I don’t think he realizes how much that mattered. When you walk into something like that scared, those little things mean everything. He made me feel comfortable, calm, and safe. He truly helped me get through it. I actually left with a smile on my face and good feeling. The whole staff was kind, but Todd made the experience what it was. I’m incredibly grateful.

Highly friendly and compassionate, patient centered staff. The facility is very clean and equipped with latest modern imaging machines. The staff are highly trained and supportive. I recommend everyone to use this facility acquiring satisfaction and getting value for time, efficiency and money. Nay God bless you all providing care to the needy communities.

3 stars. Went in for an MRI- would not let me have my hands above my head. I’ve never had a problem before. Arms were trapped and up against surface. Doctor had requested full pelvic MRI technician dismissed this and wanted to do just a prostate region. Pretty obvious they weren’t interested in the quality of the service just getting me in and out and billing. I wound up walking. I might try another MRI, but I will never go back to this place. Edit/ there’s a guy named David there who might have a plan. Stay tuned. Upping this a bit.

I want to thank Rocio for her outstanding help in scheduling my appointment. I had quite a few questions, and she was extremely kind, courteous, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and handled everything with professionalism and care. Her knowledge and positive attitude made a stressful task so much easier.I’ve been going to RAA Imaging for over 15 years, and everyone there has always been professional, kind, and dedicated to providing excellent care. Rocio is a great example of the wonderful team they have.
