Com-rad Mobile Imaging

My wife went to Cleveland imaging for a mammogram and bone density test. The mammogram went well. But the bone density test was cancelled because my wife took a calcium supplement earlier. They then charged Her $50 to reschedule. My wife came home crying, so I called and spoke to Bo, the boss supposedly. I asked the fee be removed and he refused. I asked him to show some compassion but he was totally unapologetic. I am left with the impression that patients are less important than money. We will find another provider.

I will be going to a place that does not trick you into super large monthly payments. I was under the impression I could adjust payments after my insurance would pay! Save yourself the stress and go to prime imaging, they let you make a down payment and then send you a bill after insurance pays and let you pay a responsible amount. I will never ever do business with a company like this again. They setup payments before insurance even pays the claim! Paid $200 down and then $184.00 monthly is a bit much. I plan on going and leaving reviews on every social media or website I can! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else that will work with you in this economy! Especially if you have private insurance with a deductible and have an emergency situation and are paying multiple medical bills. They do not care about the patient, but clearly they will make sure they get their money and get it fast! I called my insurance company today and they still have not received a claim from three weeks ago which means I will continue to get charged regardless of what my insurance agrees to pay and says I owe! Lesson learned on my end and as a patient with MS who probably will have multiple scans in my life, I will go anywhere besides here and advise anyone I come in contact with to not do business with this company!!!

I had a very disappointing experience yesterday. In June, I had scheduled an appointment for a test When I returned to have it done again they wanted to charge me a $50 no-show fee from my appointment I had missed I missed the appointment because I had a heart attack where they had to revive me and I was put on a respirator So obviously, I did not have the ability to cancel. I had received no notice that I owed that and they had no compassion or understanding Why was not able to cancel. This was very upsetting and not the way I think a medical Office should treat their patients. Needless to say, I will not be using them again

I was tested positive for COVID the night before my appointment. I called that morning to cancel my appointment and told them I was sick. They say "can you put a mask on and still come in". REALLY!? NO NO I CANT. This place STILL charged me a $50 no show fee, EVEN after speaking with the manager about me being sick WITH COVID. Good job looking out for your other patient's and employees plus cashing in on me.

Like many others, 0 star review. Both of the front desk clerks were rude and unhelpful. I witnessed them treat multiple patients with the same disdain while I waited my turn. The office manager disregarded my concerns and ignored a request to speak with him. I still have no idea about the charges for my procedure and insurance coverage even though I signed a form that makes me liable for whatever the facility wants to charge me. I would advise avoiding this place and request your doctor to send your imaging orders ANYWHERE else.
