Can’t get me a note for my wife at 37 weeks cause he doc is never there She’s always hurting but they don’t care really. The doctors are never there and they only saw her once throughout the whole pregnancy. STAY AWAY

Not worth it at all! Mostly just worried about money more than their patients! My Doctor was Watson. She wasn't bad, but I saw her nurse practitioner more than I saw her. Dr Ratcliff delivered my baby because he was on call that day and he was amazing! But most of the staff is horrible. I was also told that since I wasnt making a payment at one of my appointments (close to my 3rd trimester) I couldn't be seen and was sent home.

I had one appointment with Dr. Ratcliff. He seemed nice with a good bedside manner but that’s where the good experience ends. I was drug tested without my knowledge or consent. This is not a medically necessary test, so my insurance won’t pay for it. That’s $300 gone for a test I didn’t need or want that could have gone towards supporting my family. The only purpose a drug test could serve is for the State to get one step ahead in separating me from and getting custody of my baby. That is a disgusting practice and they should feel ashamed. Luckily I am blessed enough to withstand this, but a surprise $300 bill could put many people in a dire situation. Patients are not a blank check for a doctor to write up unnecessary procedures, and custody between the State and I for my children is not negotiable or even a possibility. I’m utterly disgusted by my experience.

Please do NOT see this clinic if you expect compassion and care for patients. If you ask one too many questions for their liking some staff members will get upset with you and become rude. Dr.Booker will make comments that make you feel uncomfortable, almost as if he’s racist. A return phone call will never happen and you will have to call as if you’re setting an appointment just to get an answer from anyone.. If I could give 0 stars I would !
