For the hair follicle test Tiffany cut my hair to where you couldn't even tell. Not long of a wait at all. Very good service for your needs!

The elapsed time was approximately 15 minutes from the moment I entered the facility to when I exited upon completion. It was around 8:30 a.m. and I received a warm greeting from the receptionist, signed in, provided ID, received instructions, followed through with the diagnostics, given directions on what to expect along with proof that the tests were conducted, then I was on my way. The process at Mobile Diagnostics was well-organized, efficient, and streamlined coupled with a highly-professional staff.

Every time I have gone for a drug screen for a new job I have gone here, and I have never been disappointed by their efficiency. They have me in and out within ten minutes. However, I have always shown up at 8 am or earlier, which is when they open, so I can say that if a person arrives at this time they can be fairly sure they will get finished quickly.

Worst experience ever! They were very short and rude with me. I went in for a pre employment drug test. They did not take my prescription history and refused it when I tried to tell them. They said the doctor associated with the lab, Dr. Jordan, would call me with any questions. I know there is over the counter and prescription medications that can cause false positives. Well, since my medical history was not taken, I tested positive for THC. I asked the doctor about the test procedure and numbers and the response I got was " I'm not sure". My phone calls were dodged and he was not interested in my prescription history. After research of my own, I found I take 5 medications that can interfere with this test. He said that was impossible but the FDA standards disagree. I would only recommend this place if you want a pain in the ass experience with false and inaccurate testing.
