For years, I have had many MRIs, ultrasounds and mammograms. Everybody is so efficient and friendly. I always get all of my imaging scheduled here, if possible! Anytime I call to schedule, everybody has been very kind and helpful as well.

This facility operated fairly efficiently for my daughter (taking the images), however the process of Healthcare response is an abject failure. I explicitly followed Banner Imaging instructions for their PowerShare website/app and 12 days later, NO IMAGES, NO RADIOLOGY REPORT, NO PHYSICIAN CORRESPONDENCE, MOST IMPORTANTLY NO CARE PLAN MADE FOR MY DAUGHTERS INJURED FINGER.

Very happy to actually talk to someone on the phone when scheduling. The main call center was so helpful and accommodating. Not the typical automated answering machines. Everyone at the facility was friendly and professional. From one healthcare worker to another, keep up the great customer service!

Had a good experience, I interacted with 8 different staff throughout my procedures there, all were really nice. It was really special to have an all female staff helping with mammograms because that is a sensitive topic and procedure. They made me feel comfortable and nothing was awkward or inappropriate. I had breast ultrasound and biopsies done too and the staff was informative and helped answer all my questions. The specialist technician was nice and I appreciate the care given in going through this process.
