Months for months I have been trying to call them they will not answer the phone they never sent anytjingni the mail after the doctor referred my daughter here. Just terrible!

Horrible! 6:15 am first appt of the day, full bladder required and they had my daughter waited for 45 mins for her ultrasound appt! Called because there was no one in radiology. Spoke to 2 different operators and both were rude! Then when I was finally connected with the ultrasound tech it sounded like she just woke up and said she just clocked in!!! Why schedule these early appts if no one is there till 7:00?? Negligence!

Horrible customer service. needed a ct scan and it took 2 weeks to get from when ordered then when it was done they still have not given the report to my doctor or myself. stay away from these rude people. Go to tricities for this kind of service

Referall sent October 10th to valley imaging. For almost 2 months this office kept saying to me they did not have the Referall. The hospital sending the Referall sent it 3 times to try and help me! I felt like an idiot! And it was to the point valley imaging wouldn’t even return my phone calls to schedule my MRI. Awful and piss poor establishment. Replace your staff with someone who wants to work. Avoid this place.

The scheduler that I talked to was really rude and snitty. She was unable to take the time to check to see if my referral was even there! Wow! Such bad customer service. I will take my business elsewhere!
