Florida Diagnostic Portable Imaging

Absolute waste of time and money. I ordered a chest x-ray expecting a radiologist to measure the tumor in my lung. ((Advent did previously.). All I got was a chest x-ray with no measurements. Utterly useless to me. To make it worse, they refused to send the image to me. I thought that was illegal. If they won’t email me the image, I should get my money back, because all I got out of this was nothing.

The owner is the absolute disgusting. They took 2 weeks to call to schedule for an exam. After calling in, they mentioned there was a code error and needed the doctor to rewrite it. We finally got it sorted out and I needed to reschedule the exam due to meetings at work. The owner gave me an ultimatum that if we don’t do the exam today they would remove us from service. I explained we cannot due to having physical therapy and insisted I HAVE to make it happen. He was vile and aggressive as I tried to explain that I had just rescheduled for the next day and he wouldn’t even allow me to speak. This company DOES NOT care about their home patients. An absolute SHAME.

I'm a retired radiology tech that required mobile x-rays in a rehab facility. Doug Paul arrived to perform my exam with a smile. I informed him I had owned a portable x-ray business in the past. He was very professional and took his time while positioning my hip. He's top notch and I would be proud to have him as an employee and coworker. Doug is definitely an asset to Atlantic Mobile Imaging.

Today I had the pleasure of having Doug Paul X-ray tech come to my home to do some x-rays. He came in my home with a smile, a relaxing it’s gonna be okay feeling. He took the time to talk with my family and my 3 year old granddaughter who was worried about me. He made me feel relaxed and cared for. My granddaughter was worried he was gonna make me cry, he put her at ease also. After done and he was leaving my granddaughter shook his hand and said thank you. Lol. He was going to get in his truck to leave but she wanted a high five, he got back out of his truck to come around to give her a high five. Made her happy. If I ever am in need of home X-rays again I will request Doug to come to my home. He goes the extra step to make you feel important. Also my doctor placed the order late Friday afternoon and Doug was here Saturday morning. Fast service. Thank you

My mom is in Hospice, this service was requested two weeks ago. Finally, today someone called to say that the appointment was from 12-9 pm. We changed all plans and stayed home waiting. At 5 pm I called to confirm and Matt said we were next, I provided gate code access. Three hours later at 8 pm, I called back and Matt said that the appointment was changed for tomorrow between 8 am- 4 pm. This is unacceptable. My mom is in pain and need the study ASAP. I requested to be the first visit tomorrow Saturday. I am totally disappointed with this company.
