Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They did all the work to get my MRI imaging lined up which included making an appointment to have a technician stop by before my MRI and turn off an implanted device in my lower back. They gave me a copy of the MRI before I left their facility and the report was completed that afternoon. This was the best MRI experience I've ever had.

Everything was great. From start to finish. Becca was just awesome. The tech (Wayne) had great bedside manner and kept me updated on how much longer. I had an MRI and claustrophobic. I got on that bed closed my eyes music blaring and 20 minutes later I was done. I will definitely be recommending this place to a lot of people. Cheap as well.

Overall great! I was anxious/claustrophobic but the tech was comforting and really helped me get through it. I was disappointed that they weren’t able to obtain records from previous films as requested but it was an overall good experience. Results delivered so quickly then easy to click on words for explanation. Also more affordable cost cheaper than going to a hospital mri machine.

Very nice welcoming staff. Very clean and tidy atmosphere. Technician performing imaging was very nice, considerate and accommodating. Made sure I was comfortable, checked in on me through imaging process. Just made a hard situation feel better with that level of compassion. Really appreciate the staff for making the visit simple and easy.

From the secretary who checked me in to the technician who performed the mri, my experience was wonderful!!! I was greeted with a warm smile and had a couple of laughs. As I was finishing my check in ,I was called by the technician. There was no wait time for me (pre-register makes life easier) The technician was kind, patient and had a reassuring quality. What is usually a very very anxiety ridden test was calm and I had no fears. Thank you both for my experience!!!! I highly recommend this facility!!
