My Husband had a Brain MRI scheduled, we checked in, they took him back and then cancelled the appointment. 3 days later we had another appointment and they cancelled that one at the last minute. These MRI’s were scheduled following an abnormal MRI questioning a cancer diagnosis. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member with a possible cancer diagnosis. They do NOT care about the patient or their families.

I had a mammogram and they said that they found something and needed to do a diagnostic exam. I was told that my insurance didn’t cover the second exam, so I paid in full with a credit card prior to the exam. They then have turned me over to a collection agency saying I’ve never paid them. I have a credit card statement to prove I’ve paid and have sent them a copy of it. They continue to harass me everyday via calls and text messages. I’m starting to think they never found anything to begin with, it was all a scam to get money out of me. Needless to say I will never go there again or get another mammogram. If they tell you they found something in yours I would go somewhere else and get a second opinion. These doctors are business people, they are not here to help, they are here to get rich. This goes for all facilities associated with Lee Health.

I've gone for mammogram, bone density. Never crowded, staff very helpful and friendly. Very convenient location, easy to get to. Blood lab is right there too, and urology and other services.

I could not walk, I was in the worst pain I've ever had. I called 911 to get me to the hospital, they put me in a bed and layed in the hallway close to 5 hours in pain, nobody even came up to me to ask if I needed anything. When I finally got a room they sent me to get a catscan instead of a MRI. I knew I had no broken bones and told them it was a pinched nerve in my lower back. They finally gave me something for my pain which did not help. Then a physical therapist came in to help. I could not do what she prescribed. They couldn't get me out of the room fast enough, they said the doctor was doing rounds, but they sent me home I terrible pain and did not see the doctor. So now I had to make an appointment with my primary doctor in order to get MRI scheduled in 5 days. This is no way to run a hospital. My daughter has worked for joint commission for years and she was shocked the way they treated me.

I have an autistic 18-year-old child that had to have a CAT scan today. I want to give a shout out to Kristen and her coworkers for being so caring and kind and patient with my child. they spent over an hour accommodating to her anxiety until she felt comfortable to do the scan. Explaining step-by-step to her as they were doing everything. I highly recommend this place for any medical needs that they provide.
