The Rheumatologist at this hospital medically discriminates against mental illness and gaslights patients about their symptoms and out of tests and screenings. I have been lied to, discredited, dismissed and failed by this team and due to asking for a 2nd opinion the doctor has decided to no longer treat me and my reversible autoimmune disorder that this doctor diagnosed me with. I am scared and left without guidance and blocked from transferring to the Concord location. I just want to heal and get better.

My mom was in the emergency room for days waiting for a bed. During this time my family who take turns staying in room with her have witnessed and overheard many things that I feel need to be mentioned. I went into the hallway to get some help for my mom who soiled her diaper and let them know she looked really uncomfortable. I was told Hazil was her aid and that "she is busy at the moment." I had faith that my mom would be tended to. I left to get lunch and pick up my kids from school. Two hours later I returned to find mom in tears in the same soiled diaper which I marked with a marker before I left to keep track. I took it upon my self to change my moms diaper which I wish I did from the start. Moms skin was dark red from the sting of urine and waste. I heard a woman yelling outside the room complaining about new people "taking her job" and how much she hates the company and that she "wants to leave." I asked the nurses who she was, hoping that she was not involved in my mom's care and was told she was the elusive aid Hazil and that "she's just having a bad day, try to be understanding." I said no, I am here for my mom and I want her removed from my moms care. I cannot lie the other nurses and doctors were pretty decent to us but they could have done more and stepped in to help her! I can say without a doubt no one in our immediate family will ever return to concord hospital because of the way our mom was treated.

Just terrible. If you have questions or want clarification, you get some nurses upset at you. None of the hospitalists are on the same page half the time. Some of the nurses are great, bit the ones that aren't make the whole experience bad. The food is so gross it's practically inedible. I asked for anti nausea medication so I wouldn't throw up from it, didn't get it until an hour and a half later, after I'd thrown up. The bed they gave me upstairs smells like old urine too, so that's super gross to have to sleep on. Issues with medications, they had me get my insulin from home, and they aren't refrigerating it. They also told me they'd order my specialty medication so I didn't have to keep using my home supply since I'm low and can't get to a pharmacy...bit they didn't, they're using mine. Also had to wait 5 and a half days to get a shower. Patient advocate told me it's being "worked on management at the hospital" Not one thing has changed. I wish I'd never come here. Stay far away if you can. Update: I had a bad reaction to a steroid nebulizer, it gave me bronchiospasms which is a severe reaction. I asked to not be on it, they still tried to give it to me several times.

My mother and I came in for an MRI and the check lady was horrible. She was discussing drug addicts and talking about weed. Also discussing really inflammatory opinionsbof patients. She completely obliterated hipaa Very unprofessional in a Healthcare setting.

I love this hospital. No seriously. My husband and I both have serious chronic illnesses, and have to use their services far more often than anyone should ever have to. Every person, from the custodians, secrrtaries, CNAs/LNAs, transporters, imaging, lab techs to the nurses and doctors are always amazing to us. When the hospital was full for days and no one could accompany me to another floor to shower, they gave me everything I could ever need to take my nightly "sink baths". When I had to have an NG Tube, the kindest lab tech held my hand, and the doctor and PA tried to soothe me and reassure me as much as possible (and let me tell you, the NG tube is the devil). They brought my son a popsicle, and celebrated every win with me. Each person deserves a super huge raise and extra paid vacation time! They have always listened to me, and I have been ignored and traumatized by enough medical staff in the past to know the difference. The only special thing I did was try to be kind. Thank you all for being wonderful and going above and beyond for me and my family!
