An absolutely outstanding experience and I am so grateful to you all. Blue Shield let me down with the local hospital but your team was a real blessing. I cannot thank you all enough. Your Intern from FCC was the kindest tech I’ve ever had. I highly recommend your team to everyone

Arrive 15 mins early, ck in at front desk and waited 40 mins wondering why everyone who came after was already seen.. I asked and was told the tech is not in and my appt was supposed to be canceled? I want to mentioned that this is not the first time something like this happened. It has happened to my daughter too.

One of Best Imaging experience I’ve ever had! I’d rate them 10/10 all the way around. I needed a MRI and they got me in quickly. The first desk was nice, attentive and prompt. I was called back within 5 minutes of siting down. The lady who placed my IV was Amazing, I didn’t feel a single thing. I didn’t even know she already had placed it when she said she was done. Then my MRI tech, Evie, was so nice, caring and compassionate. She made me feel at ease, talked to me through the whole exam, explain which part was coming next and what to expect. The place was very clean and everything was well organized. All around it was a great experience.

This is an excellent facility. The receptionist is on task and on point. It's in a hot area of the city so bring ice if you have loved ones waiting on you in the car.

Arrived early only to be told I would have to drink some liquids before the scan and would have to wait an hour before I would even be called back. The first liquid was thick and chalky. The second was a bottle of water. This whole process was upsetting because I did receive a call on Friday to remind me of this appointment and ask me additional questions, but I did not know I had to be fasting and no liquids. Fortunately I had not yet started to drink my coffee so I had to take it back to my car. The woman at the frontbdesk was less than sympathetic to my concerns. Then, I am called back and had a very nice young man ask me questions and offered me a warm blanket because this place is sooooo cold. When I was walked in to where the scan would take place, I received one more surprise: I need some type of dye in a drip injected into me. At this point, I was ready to walk out and almost did had it not been for their shining star Jen. She explained everything and was very reassuring and calming. I have to say that I felt very alone, vulnerable and intimidated but Jen made me feel at ease and able to complete this. The feedback I am giving is that more information is needed for as a patient so I know what to expect especially for a procedure like this.
