last Month I was sent here to get an ultrasound. This is my first pregnancy so it would’ve been nice for the ultrasound technician to explain what she was doing and what she was measuring and how my baby was doing but she communicated none of these things to me. The tech even told me that she has another office in south holland if I was interested in going for any future ultrasounds. Clearly, I had no intention of going back there. I had another ultrasound at a different place and that place was phenomenal compared to sonographic images. Sonographic images lacks the patient centered care. The staff needs to communicate to the expecting mothers what they’re seeing on the screen instead of trying to rush through the appointment. I would not recommend this place.
