Mid-columbia Ultrasound

Had an "okay" experience. Booked an appointment with her and showed up on the time and date, I was even 5 minutes early. I have all the text messages (this is how you book an appointment). When we got there, the doors were locked. I tried calling and texting. Knocked on the door. Waited outside for about a half hour. Didn't leave and return.. just waited. Turns out, she double booked the time. So she was in session with another client because "she forgot about my appointment". She still did the ultrasound, which was really nice of her, seeing as the office was now closing. But everything was so rushed. And most of the pictures I got weren't the best quality (I am very aware pictures can be different depending on many factors.) It was an experience I was hoping to be an amazing one and it just seemed like she was more worried about getting it done and us sent on our way. I wish she would have spent more time getting decent pictures, rather than trying to rush through it because of something that wasnt even my fault. Anyways, she was nice and did apologize.. but I definitely feel like my appointment was more of a burden than a beautiful experience for myself or my partner. We still paid full price and tipped her.

I cannot say enough good things about Mi Amór Ultrasound Studio. It was such a unique and amazing experience. Evelyn was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to explain things to me that my physician never has and made sure that my husband and I were comfortable and happy through the whole process.

If you’re wondering if you want to do this. Do this. Evelyn’s level of professionalism and care are immediately apparent when you meet her. This is such a cool service to get to get a glimpse at your little one and she treated us like we were so special and important while she was with us. The process was easy, not anxiety provoking, and the office space is comfortable and private. I cannot recommend this enough.

Had a great time today for our 3D scan! We got to see our little guy quickly and so clearly! I loved that Evelyn took the time to explain what she was showing us, how it worked and really just made the experience personable and special. She printed so many pictures for us and I got the link with all the photos or videos right away. Highly recommend coming here if you’re trying to see your little baby!

Evelyn was absolutely wonderful! Her work space is very relaxing and inviting. She thinks of all the special touches during the appointment and really took her time to make me feel special and cared for. The pictures and videos are unlike anything you will see at a doctor’s office. Very in depth and she even gives you images to take home. We are so thankful for Mi Amor and it was an experience my husband and I will never forget. Worth every penny and can’t wait to go back!
