They said they called my insurance & the imaging was approved. A few weeks later I get a bill for $389.21. Medicare & BCBS said it wasn't approved.

I wrote a review about this awful place a few weeks ago and its not here, not surprising... they wont pick up phones reject your payments and try to sick collections on you. the whole time your trying to pay your bills. The most unethical company I have ever encountered, I will never go to Premier for anything ever again, dealing with these people is infuriating.

They don't answer the phone. They keep sending me a bill without filing my insurance. Now they are saying it will get turned over to collections. Yay!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I was referred here by my gynecologist. I had a service on 12/29/2020. Everything was submitted to insurance and I did not receive a bill, so I assumed it was covered. I finally got a bill 10 months later. Annoying, but no big deal. I called to set up a payment plan to have payments automatically made over a 6 month period. In January, I received another bill, which indicated that no payment had yet been made. I called yet again. I was on the phone with someone who barely spoke english for 45 minutes and she explained to me that apparently my payment plan was applied to a bill that I had already paid off. I tried to set up a new payment plan for the bill that was still outstanding. She said that she needed to loop in her superior, because it looked like something was wrong with my account and they would be in touch in 4-6 weeks. I thought that seemed like a long time and apparently should have questioned it more. Today I got a letter that they have turned me over to collections. I have also tried to pay by scanning the QR code on the bill and downloading the app. It looks like the payment goes through, but then every time I receive an email saying they don't accept online payments. I have spent literal hours trying to pay this bill and am furious that they turned me over to collections. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

This organization is atrocious. I received imaging from St. Thomas' "Premier Radiology". In fact, this is a ghost of a company for Middle Tennessee Imaging. They sent two statements to an old address, and then 2 statements(that I never received) to my new address. I received a collections notice about a month ago and having never even heard of the bill for this, I immediately called Premier and left a message requesting the actual itemized statement, providing an updated address and phone number. I never received a return call or correspondance. After not hearing back, another notice came today from the collections agency. I again immediately called Premiere Radiology, which is actually MTI. I spoke with a representative who said she could mail me out a statement, but that I'd have to take care of the balance with the collections agency. I explained again I did not receive their statements, but if she could email me a statement we could get this taken care of immediately. It is 2018- emailing a statement or giving me a login to view the account online immediately should be a no brainer. Unfortunately, I had to request a manager and explain the entire scenario again to her. Cindy, the manager, was just as inept and belligerent. Repetitively I asked if there was no way she could email me a statement so I could take care of this today. I'm not sure these people even know what email is. Cindy explained that she'd mail me out another statement(since that clearly worked the last 2 times...) and I could handle things with the collections agency. Throughout the conversation Cindy simply repeated that I would need to go to the collections agency to deal with the balance. If you have the choice and possibility to go ANYWHERE else for imaging, I would highly suggest it. Dealing with this organisation for billing is nightmarish and wretched.
