Everyone from the front desk to the tech were so nice and very pleasant. I am very claustrophobic (I’m 69) and the tech was awesome!! She talked me through every part of the MRI. She made a scary test bearable! They even had contemporary gospel for me to listen to during the test. If I ever have to have another MRI, and I hope not! I’ll definitely go back to Midwest Imaging.

They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable in their field! They were thoughtful of all their patients and created a relaxing atmosphere, as best can be expected, in those types of circumstances. They went above and beyond by ensuring I was cared for. I value their staff and am grateful for their forethought and kindness to myself and my family!

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were great. The technologists were so nice and helpful. I normally am a difficult stick with veins that dive and roll, but these women did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I was referred over by Cox and when I dropped off my referral to schedule, they ended up squeezing me in for my MRI as soon as my paperwork was completed. The staff was super friendly and efficient! My results were sent to my doctor in less than 48 hours. I’m so thankful for MRI of Springfield to get the ball rolling so I can start my recovery. Thank you again.

If i could take away stars from a business I would without any hesitation. Or if I could leave reviews for individual staff instead of an entire business that may be better. Let me preface by saying that the nursing staff and actual doctors are quite great. I felt very comfortable and taken care of once out of the waiting room, and I've always hated medical facilities. So the Med staff gets an A++. However, the receptionists /office staff drove me insane. I, never in my life, have dealt with such incompetent people. Every encounter to be had with them was so draining and aggravating that I was enticed to just cancel everything altogether. I went in to have an arthrogram done on my hip as my chiropractor and I are trying to find its underlying issues. Because it is typically quicker to be booked with a smaller company such as this one compared to Cox or Mercy, we stayed with MRI of Springfield. My very first conversation with them should have been my immediate sign to go elsewhere. I was on the phone with one of the staff members and as the conversation went on she seemed to not understand what patient responsibility meant, in regard to payments. She persisted that I schedule my appointment without knowing my insurance provider, or how much the arthrogram without insurance would cost either. It was several staff members later that I could finally speak with someone who understood I would not confirm an appointment without knowing how much I would be paying. Even still, the numbers were wrong as they were guessing. Several weeks had still passed before "they had seen any approval from insurance" so I called my provider to see what the "hold up" was. Come to find out I had waited 3 weeks for nothing because MRI of Springfield never sent in my case to be approved. After this frustration I saw to it that everything would be handled that day. As I told the staff the issue everything became even more of a fuss as they claimed I wasn't a potential patient, they had no record of me, they did actually have my approval, then all of a sudden they didn't. All of this back and forth, several trips to their location, many calls and no competency whatsoever. After my appointment was confirmed, I received another call from different staff asking to make my appointment, confusing I know. I then asked why she was calling as I was already booked, and after all that trouble, after finally "having an appointment made" they never actually did, so we had to make a new one. This is only the half of it folks. I write this not only to rant but also to warn you that yes they may be quicker or even cheaper, I'm unsure, than bigger medical facilities but their front staff will drive you crazy. Considering most patients go here because something has caused them pain and we are looking for solutions, it would be nice to have capable people handling the phones, books, and calendars.
