Just go to Fransciscan. I came here with severe dizziness and they sent me home with anxiety pills. A year later I had the same symptoms and was diagnosed with having a stroke and put in the hospital. I should of just went straight to the ER but I had no idea the severity of my condition.

I tried a female pediatrician here for my son last week. Something was off. I’m assuming she didn’t like that I knew what I was talking about and got defensive to where she had her seemingly vulnerable nurse contact me two days after she allegedly prescribed new medicine for his ear infection (yes, two days) to the pharmacy I always use. No. She had her nurse call me days later to say that the doctor called it in to the Walgreens on 20 “close to my home” which actually the furthest pharmacy from my home, prescribed me amoxicillin when the doctor was very adamant that it was something else that made the urine turn color etc. She must have an ego to where she only wants her patients to be below her to where they don’t bring any knowledge to the table and pulled this move. I don’t like the energy and she must not favor adults on the spectrum telling by the body language. I was telling her about how I was looking for somebody better, I was nice to her, I wanted help with seeing if my son was also on the spectrum, but once I let her know my concerns with autism and my education, I just saw something not a lot of people can see. Please change the mindset and be kind. Yes, I saw through it. Not everyone has an ego. Do better. Sticking with Franciscan as always.

I love the doctors here but scheduling has been inconsistent. Twice I've called to confirm appointments I've schedule in person and have found they weren't on the book; This week, I've shown up in person and was told my appointment had been rescheduled and they will be calling soon to give me the time after I both called to confirm and signed in online. I'm a working mom, so these situations aren't just inconvenient but are causing me to miss work to correct. It's frustrating.

The dental hygienist Jenaia McKnight was by far thee BEST help I’ve gotten from anybody ever in a dental office! We were in and out very fast, but she did take extra time to explain all options, truly felt like I was getting advice from another mom. I did not feel judged whatsoever, my family left feeling proud and confident on our next steps! Jenaia 10/10 deserves some recognition! I will say tho, the dentist, he did not say a single word to my daughter or us really.. if it was not for wonderful Jenaia im afraid our visit would’ve been much different she was AMAZING! I hope she’s the next dentist, she’s amazing with kids! From naming the suction to the pink pig bc it’s pink, to letting my daughter help her, to giving us real warm kind hearted advice. JENAIA MCKNIGHT 10/10 best hygienist I’ve ever encountered!!

The Dentist Dr. Shrill, did some unexpected work without my permission. She also lied after explaining my exray pictures. I had two visit 2 other dentist offices to get the truth about my upper right/left teeth were booth cracked and had cavities….SMH. I then scheduled another appointment with her, to explain what the other two dentists seen. She claims she did not see the same thing. I advise anyone that cares about their teeth, pls do not visit this dentist office while she’s still there. Healthlinc dental office used to be amazing a few years ago. Not sure what happened.
