There was a student in there drawing the blood. For her only being in lab for a short time SHE WAS EXALENTfor getting out of me. She did it for the first in me vein and she got it with no problems other than my blood stopped flowing after getting 1 tube filled. She went to my right arm and hot the n vein to do the same. If I was Avita Health I would hire that girl right then and there.

My first time at Bucyrus Hospital 🏥 ER. The room that I was in was actually warm which is quite rare for an ER department in a hospital. The ER staff were very nice and professional asked if I was cold and brought me a warm blanket. The nurse on duty kept me up to date on what was going on and when the doctor would be coming in to see me. No one likes being in the ER but overall I was satisfied with the level of care I was given.

I would like to thank everybody that help me. They all treated me with respect. It's not often I can go in and they think not these people but other doctors say you're seeking drugs. I am not a drug seeker I do not like taking what I have to take I was satisfied with the care they gave me and the aftercare instructions that I will be doing. I saw anything more than a Tylenol would have been offered I would have refused anyway I can handle quite a bit of pain so that's not what I was there for and I just am so glad that they made me feel good that they did not treat me like that I can't even say enough about it they were funny they were caring they all from x-ray to the nurses to the doctor oh very caringI surely don't even like bother people but I surely thought this was broken was very thankful for that . Keep up the good work

I had an excellent experience at the Bucyrus ED. It started out with registration, Alyson was wonderful and kind. The nurses took exceptional care of me and helped manage the pain I was in. Heather started my care, and it was clear right away that she truly cares about her patients. She pulled up a chair and sat next to me as I explained what was going on, which really made me feel heard. Even during shift change, the transition was smooth — Amberlee, the nurse who took over, was just as wonderful. Both of them were attentive and made sure my privacy was respected. Dr. Cohen was also great — he sat by my bed while we talked and showed real kindness and compassion. This ED has come a long way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to my family or friends. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent care!
