Friday March 15, 2019 a request was sent to Quality Mobile by Trellis to do an x ray on my mom who has a really congested cough and is getting worse. No show on Friday, I called Trellis Saturday to see when they were coming to. All I got was request was sent. Ok, Saturday no show, Sunday no show. Monday at 8:15. I called back to my Trellis. They called Quality Mobile. Come to find out no can tell me why they didn't do their job. This is .not good service for Quality Mobile. If you can avoid this group I suggest you do. You will never get the service that was requested.

Been trying to get a heart monitor put on my mom sense 1/5/18 and today is 1/8/18. She came to nursing home from hospital 1/5/18 with heart not beating right and Dr wanted the monitor then to watch sense she just left hospital but this is the 4th day waiting. Who knows what her heart is doing. Her feet and legs are starting to swell.
