Horrible company, they will take 25% of your income. This company will take from a single income house hold with 3 kids. Figured this company has enough money. Guess its never enough, the rich always wants more.

Price gougers. They will claim that you owe more than you do, and they will threaten you with sketchy "lawyers" even if you already paid, and the amount they think you owe is like a hundred bucks. Tbh, with all the things I've heard about them over the years, they should probably be reported to AG Rokita so they can be investigated.

Received two texts calling for a bill due. The business is in Indiana. I don’t live in Indiana. After reading the other reviews I am convinced this is either an error, or a scam. Called them multiple times only to receive voicemail. If they go after me legally I will go after them legally. They better stop.

Called to get a quote for an MRI ordered by my doctor, and according to the person on the phone, they could do it for several hundred dollars less. Edit for clarification: they did not, as they claim in their response, mention ANYTHING about separate facility fees for the location doing the scanning. So I canceled an MRI the doctor had already scheduled for me and got in at Memorial Hospital, where this company claims to work, several weeks later. Imagine my surprise when I got an EOB from my insurance for the EXACT SAME HIGH PRICE I HAD RESCHEDULED TO AVOID. Do not bother with this terrible, dishonest company. Get referred to literally anyone else.

Their charges are astronomical-it cost more for the 3 sentences of results than it did for the actual mammogram. I received a txt message on 9/30 stating I had a bill-I paid a portion online that same day. Today, 11/5, I received my first paper bill, saying that “despite their efforts to collect, I have failed to pay and further correspondence will come from their collection attorney. Seriously, one month and they threatened collections-completely absurd.
