The experience. Not good! I buy supplies for my 90 year old mother. As I purchase multiple items I was told I could return things as long as they were not open. So I went home. Family decided that item was not needed. I made te attempt to returned the intact item. The young men at the store refused to refund the money because he said item went outside the store. If I knew that from the beginning I would not purchase it. I will never spend money at Bellevue HJealth Care because of their poor customer service. I did not have option but to loose 38.06. II will not recommend to anyone in the Community. I will purchase things elsewhere. I am very disappointed. DL

This place has really gone down hill. My brother has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. In the past few years we have used Bellevue healthcare for his chair repairs and had no issues. They would come and pick the chair up on time and bring it back. Well not this time. They had his power chair for months with no communication, it wasn’t until I finally called and bugged them that I got a call from someone out of state telling me they didn’t have any history for his chair on file, amazing news to me being that they are the only people that have touched his chair in 3 years. Then when they finally figured out they were in fact wrong they took another couple months to get parts and insurance approval. Finally they had all the parts and everything approved to make the chairs and I get another call saying that they can’t fix anything cause their ONLY technician is out for two weeks. My brother is completely dependent on that chair and it felt like they could care less. Here we are almost 4 months later and still nothing repaired and the chair is even worse now, un-drivable. I will most definitely be finding an alternative to this location.

I was working out of town and I came here looking for a knee brace. I picked one of two options and the salesman measured my leg and picked out the large size for me. I said I was worried it wouldn’t be tight enough and he assured me that that was the right size. He said there were no returns allowed because of hygiene reasons and he walked me through a document that I had to initial and sign. The knee brace wasn’t even close to my size. I would’ve picked medium, but small might’ve been the best fit. I think the salesman should know what he’s doing if he’s going to choose a size for me. Because of his assistance in picking out the product for me and their no return policy, I’ve lost $53. The brace came in a re-sealable plastic bag inside a box that wasn’t taped shut; I would’ve been able to see that it was too big simply by looking at it if he had let me. I bought a new brace from Big 5 in the same area. If I had gone there to begin with, I could have saved money, had a better selection, and it would’ve been returnable if it was the wrong size.

They were great. I was able to talk to someone right away. They were polite and very helpful. You can rent and return to their many locations. Highly recommend.

Was at Harborview when they gave referral to rhis company. When I got home found the cammode to be too small. Luckily I realized that they had a store in sequim. Unable to bear weight since hip os held together by rods. I am unable to switch out produxt for a bigger size. At first they offered free delivery and swap out commode. I was willing to pay $15 dollar differece for theymonthly rental and deliver it to Port Angeles. Later... they called back and wanted to charge a delivery fee or wait until they had any other deliveries in Port Angeles. I call this bad communication and bad customer service!! Jay Blevs
