Warm friendly helpful welcome, the young lady that took me back to dressing room was anything but helpful and exhibited no warmth. The radiology tech was awesome, good directions and great headphones btw. The young lady (same one) to get me off table extremely unhelpful. I could have easily fallen off the table as she was to the back of me as I rolled over to get off. She was no help at all and gave me the feeling she did not care about her job. Another young woman came in and pointed and led me down to the lockers as I was a bit sleepy coming out of the room since it all looked the same except for the exit signs... She was amazingly helpful. I am a retired nurse and my husband a retired physician who also began and ran a very successful same day surgicenter. I know that if I had fallen off there would have been consequences. Having caring warm workers are essential in the health care field. Thankful for the second woman tech who was very warm and helpful as was the male radiology tech. .

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting X-Rays done at Rayus yesterday. The technician's name was Sheila and she was absolutely amazing! She actually took the time to listen to my concerns and was willing to make accommodations for me after hearing me out. That meant so very much to me, and I just want to tell her, and Rayus thank you! Hopefully somebody actually reads these reviews and will let her know. Sheila is a rockstar! Thank you Sheila!

The team was very attentive to my visit and made my appointment a pleasant experience, I would however suggest that a call prior to my visit to prepare me for what basis info I needed would have been helpful and a week before my visit I tried repeatedly to call with experiencing hold times in excess of 10-15 minutes ultimately never being connected with anyone. Also the pre-registration needs to be more accessible since just to create an account I needed a pin that was not provided..

I don't usually do reviews. I did feel the need to give one for my recent visit to RAYUS. I was a little nervous when I first walked in. Everyone there is friendly and very personable. I was thoroughly informed on what, and how my proceedure was going to go. I would definitely refer this place to anyone looking for a medical imaging office. Wish there were 10 stars to give..

My appointment was changed to half an hour earlier due to, I think, a technician being gone. That was fine. I showed up at 10:30 and was asked to fill out paperwork and was told my appointment wouldn’t be till 11. I’m not sure why most of the paperwork they gave me could not have been filled out online, like my Doctors do prior to me coming in for their appointments. I don’t think it takes anyone half an hour to fill out paperwork. When 11 o’clock came and went, and three people who came in after me were taken into back. I asked when it was my turn. Even after they took me back, it was still over half an hour before I had my MRI. Basically I got there at 10:30 and I think went in for my MRI at 10:45 or thereabouts . I think an hour to wait for an appointment is disgraceful. Fortunately, I had the time to wait, but people who take time off work during their lunch hour to come in for an is insensitive. I have used Rayus, and Epic imaging prior, for many years. So I am well aware of their timeframe, but this took the cake. Don’t ask a customer to come in half an hour early, and then not be able to accommodate them In a timely manner.
