I’m beyond disappointed in ALL of the SMIL locations. I came to this location today to get an MRI of my back done. I have a VP shunt in my head and need to have x-rays done before and after the MRI. I had a couple of the staff members mention the x-rays and shunt prior to going back and when I was getting ready in the back. The x-rays were mentioned several times by different staff members so everyone knew that it was needed. After I got undressed and ready I was told that I couldn’t get the MRI done because they had no one to do an x-ray. I’m sure I will get billed for the service as I apparently owe $50 to you from one of my other visits even though it was the same story at other locations. WHY did you schedule me in the first place if you knew that you couldn’t do it??? Y’all cost me a day of work and gas for no reason. Now I’m going to have to find another way to get it done thanks to your incompetence and lack of communication with your employees. I have to have surgery so I have no choice or I would forget the entire thing.

First of all, this location is in the most Northwest corner of the plaza. That means it’s closest to the intersection of Tatum & Shea. I’m leaving this review because I this may have been the best healthcare service visit I’ve ever had. From scheduling to the x-ray tech my appointment was easy and amazingly quick. I was only on hold 12 minutes to get the appointment. The guy at reception was as joyful a guy as you’ll meet yet professional and not overly chatty as to slow down the processing. When I walked in there were a lot of people in the lobby but the wait was less than 10 or 15 minutes. The x-ray tech worked quickly but I never felt rushed. Wow! .

We had no idea they wore open on Saturdays. Worked out perfectly for me. The Saturday team was very nice and accommodating. Was in and out very fast, no long wait.
