The tellers here are probably the least friendly and depressed acting group. Rarely a smile or a thank you or anything. It’s such a weird vibe. I have been a member for all of my life starting back when it was Portland Teachers Credit Union.

Worst service today at the Wilsonville location. I wanted to help my friend cash her Oregon Lottery check. She doesn't have a local financial institution. We went to the teller and he was unsure if she could sigh it over to me. His manager sai no. Legally she can we were both there. I have triple the amount to cover the check. I will be closing my menial accounts, I am embarrassed that this is where your credit union are now. I have worked for a credit union and ha bc e always been proud of the service that we can give to our community. This is an embarrassment. His manager wouldn't even show her face.

Banked here since childhood when it was Portland Teachers Credit Union. Friendly service. Clean and pleasant lobby. ATMs outside. Easy parking. Got a quick HELOC to finance dad's long term care.

OnPoint has been a nightmare for business banking. They constantly restrict our debit cards and make us call in just to raise daily limits. We don’t have time to ask permission to spend our own money. Moving our business to a bank that actually supports small businesses.

Kyle Brown is amazing. Super helpful and explains things very well. I wouldn’t have been able to manage getting an account if it wasn’t for Kyle’s help. I will be recommending everyone to go to Kyle specifically
