Kim is wonderful!! She's friendly, on time, great at explaining things and making sure you're comfortable and supported for your procedure. I've had EEGs before but this was the most comfortable I have been for a 72 hour procedure. My equipment stayed secure even through the night and really reduced my anxiety about maintaining the equipment. Kim, is about the best!! I'll request her again should I need another EEG!

My daughter had to have the EEG and was terrified of the unknown. When Kim got to our home she put myself and my daughter right at ease. I felt like I had known her all my life. Very professional yet down to earth and very friendly. It’s absolutely wonderful to have nice and sociable employees to come in and smile and talk with you through the process. That is a reflection of not only who she is as a person but it represents Palmetto Diagnostics very well and Kim did just that! I only spoke to Kathy and Melissa and they were super friendly and helpful as well. Thank you ladies for making this process easy for my girl!!! Would recommend this company 1000%

Great experience! The nurse, Kim, who prepared the equipment, was extremely attentive and helpful. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine care. 1000/10 would recommend!!!!

This company is amazing! It was so nice to be able to do a 72 hour EEG in the comfort of my own home- game changer! Kim - the nurse that hooked me up to the machine was so responsive any time I texted her over the weekend to ask her questions about the process. She was so patient and kind with all of my questions. Starting with Kathy when making my appt , to Kim setting up the equipment and being available whenever I needed her and Melissa being so sweet when I ended the whole process, for sure this company has the best customer service. I honestly feel like I have been a patient for years with them. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommend!
