I have coverage through Norton. I received a bill from a collecting agency, 3rd-party to Norton. First bill via text. Radiologists do not accept their own healthcare coverage. Makes no sense. I, also, would add my MRI was for a painful elbow. Tech grabbed my arm by the same one hurting (tear). I got her to stop but too late. Why would she not just tell me how she wanted my arm placed?

The one star is for Norton healthcare’s antiquated policy. If I want a copy of my images I can only get them on CD. CDs are obsolete and manufactures stop putting CD drives on computers over a decade ago. Norton is with billions of dollars but still use CDs. Wow

Had an appointment on 10/9 and the make technician was exceptional from start to finish. He put the ear plugs in for me, offered music and headphones, checked on me several times as I was getting 2 MRIs, and used his hand to help me up. Returned on 10/27 and had two women who made me feel like trash. They did not offer headphones, laid the ear plugs on the table, only asked if I was ok once, and when I was finished instead of offering me a hand or arm to raise up, both grabbed me by the sleeve of my hoodie and pulled me up. Very impersonal and with no reason. I am a cancer patient and accustomed to stellar service at Nortons and this was not it!

Add an appointment at 9:30. That’s what my chart shows so I show up at 9:32 in the lady says hang on a minute. She goes back comes back. Sits down says well. You’re late. You should’ve been here at nine. Your appointment was at nine I said that’s not what it showed all my paperwork then she proceeded to tell me my 13 year-old son Cannot be there because he’s not 16 he he’s illegal age to be by himself and they wouldn’t see me and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I don’t think so because my son has been with me to the hospital to have it MRI and CT done and they had no problem with him being there so in reality, I think they didn’t have a technician there and they was coming up with some type of excuse , not to see me it is miss management and very unprofessional place. Do not ever go there to get it any type of image Norton you can do a lot better than that. Something needs to be done with that diagnostic center.

First time going here for my MRI. Very sweet tech took good care of me. They let you listen to music in case your nervous which I was. Very clean inside. Would definitely recommend. I will be going back if needed in the future. Thanks!
