Shows up but is unable to operate own equipment. She tries to return during a major power outage later that day which lasted for hours and was very stressful. I asked her to return in the afternoon the next day and she agreed she then calls very early the next morning wanting to come real early when I only had a few hours of sleep and was grumpy and groggy. I said you said you would come in the afternoon and she agreed to come the next day in the afternoon. Without warning and acting childish she reneged.

This company has changed their policy about home visits. If you have more than 5 stairs in the home they will not service you. Spoke with a customer rep who was quite rude with me on the phone. I have 6 stairs and they still would not budge. When I worked at VCU we used this company for years and it was very beneficial for our home bound patients. Now they have frozen out a lot of elderly who unfortunately don't live in a rancher home. He said in the past they had some burly techs that were able to transport equipment up and down the stairs. I suggested maybe they should hire more and he said I was being prejudiced. What a stupid statement to make. Unfortunately, they are the only company in town.

Very poor communication relative to scheduling and actually showing up. Did not give patient exact time. My family member was kept fasting 36 hours and test was never done. Did not come when they said they were on their way and did not bother to let nursing home know they were not coming. Seriously, who treats their customers that way?

We’ve used Dynamic for several years, it never changes…. Always WONDERFUL! From the phone service to the Technicians that come out it gets no better. Helpful yet personable at same time. I’m homebound, they are a Blessing. When COVID attacked they stepped up to the fight and Won! Keeping us even safer and away from infections. Quick to respond to orders and results then they mail you a copy! EXCELLENT

What a wonderful service this mobile imaging company is in the Richmond area! Dispatch Health ordered a STAT hip X-ray for my excruciating pain, and within 4 hours, Dynamic Mobile Imaging arrived at my home. Trey, the technician, took X-rays quickly and was thoughtful and considerate as he did so. He was very engaging and chatted with me throughout, putting me at ease as he worked. I was apprehensive about a stranger coming into my home, especially during COVID. But Trey wore a mask and shoe covers setting me at ease. I highly recommend Dynamic Mobile Imaging.
