Premier Diagnostic Imaging

Harassment. My Insurance provider contacted them to re-bill my visit, and they were extremely nasty to the point that my company filed a complaint. It's been months and they refuse to resubmit, despite it only being $140. Ridiculous. And they never resolved the issue once I emailed them below. See attached mail from my insurance detailing their negligence.

Friendly staff, fast, efficient! Able to get in at one of their locations within a week and results came back to me and my primary MD quickly.

Rude desk staff, and they mentioned they would be sending my results in 24hrs, it's been 4 days and my doctor has NOT received anything, what kind of service is this? UPDATE: I went with my doctor, 8 months later (Why? because doctors never have appointments so from November until July they could see me) JUST FOR WHAT? for the doctor to tell me: THOSE PICTURES WERE NOT TAKEN CORRECTLY, YOU NEED TO TAKE NEW ONES! UPDATE: Director from Imaging Center gave me a call, very nice lady, and help me to get other images for free, I scheduled this time on Maple Grove and I loved it (Imaging Center Maple Grove) so I am updating my review to 4 stars just because of that bad experience I had in the past.

My son was referred for an MRI from his ophthalmologist. I selected this clinic based on the reviews and so glad I did. We arrived on time and started a few min early. The tech was so nice. My son was nervous, she helped calm him and talk about the process of what was going to happen. She checked in with him through the headphones during the MRI to see how he was doing. She even came out quick during it to let me know how he was. Results from radiologist were sent to the eye doctor not long after.

I was just in today for an MRI on my back. I have had several over the last few years at different places. I had a totally positive experience here today. I arrived early as they need you to fill out some easy paperwork, and they were able to get me in a little early which is great. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. But the Star of the day was Laura who is the person who did the MRI and also did everything else to get me ready, including an IV in my arm. Laura was fantastic - very friendly and smiley and so pleasant! It took her extra long with me to get me into a position laying down that wasn't painful for me because of my back pain. But she got me cushions, pillows and a warm blanket until I could lay comfortably. Laura helped this whole process today so much better than usual. Plus she had some special earplugs and headphones so I could listen to music and barely hear the MRI machine. And when I left I was able to take the CD of my MRI with me. This is where I will always go to in the future.
