Prestige Ultrasound

My family member, in an Assisted Living Memory Care Facility, recently had a mobile Ultrasound and Echocardiogram with Prestige and we could not have been more elated with their professionalism, service, and kindness. After Dr ordered the tests, wonderful Nayseth called me to book the appointment immediately. She was so nice and very accommodating. The next day Stephanie arrived to do the tests and she was beyond expectations. My family member has dementia and Stephanie had to tread lightly in order to not upset him. Well, I've never seen such a caring, knowledgeable approach that ensured both tests went smoothly with no distress to the patient. I followed up with Nayseth to get the results and once again, she was on it. I truly feel as though Prestige is like family. Nayseth and Stephanie "Get It" and I so appreciate their genuine understanding and care. This is definitely not just a job for them, it's who they are.

June 2025. A little behind in leaving this review but it was important that I write one. After not being able to handle doing a regular or "open" MRI, for a ligament tear in my thumb, I looked for alternative tests to get what my Dr. needed. I found something called an MSK Ultrasound. After calling Steinberg, who said they don't do it, I had an appt with SimonMed, to find out when I went there for the appt, that they don't do it either. I was at wit's end, given I needed this so I could move on with what had to be done. I found Prestige Ultrasound on line. I gave them a call and asked if they did it. Given I live 50 mins away on the opposite side of town, I wanted to make sure they really did it. I asked to speak to the Radiologist, but I believe I spoke to Laura and she immediately said she would ask Manny, the owner, who is the radiologist if he did this; and he confirmed. She also said they had an "open" MRI machine, and I explained that "open" to me was just a bigger hole in the regular MRI machine. She said, no, they have one of 3 machines in the country that is truly open. I asked her to send me the model number (yes, call me crazy, but better to do my due diligence beforehand, knowing my Dr really wanted an MRI). Sure enough it was a machine I have never seen before. Laura was very accommodating and gave me an appt for 1st thing the next morning. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised; what a lovely "boutique" comforting atmosphere this was. Unlike the well-known places, there was one other person in the office. I met Laura (forgive me if that wasn't your name). Then I met Manny, and they were both so lovely. He had even shown me the MRI machine. Once he did the Ultrasound he said you really should have an MRI, and I know from the research I did online, I really needed to have that done. So I asked him since I live so far away, was there any way to have it done right then and there. Manny explained they had no MRI appts scheduled but was happy to call the Tech, Mark, who came in 15 mins later just to do the MRI for me. I found that absolutely incredible. You waited in a little lounge area with theater seating. It was very comfortable. Since I had explained why I couldn't go in the regular MRI machine, Laura even offered to stay in the room with me, while I was having this MRI. What place does that? But I knew I would be able to handle this one, given what I had read. It was such an amazing experience, that I said to Manny, they should really open an office here in Henderson. Honestly, if you need to have an MRI, or anything that might be done in a smaller facility, drive to NLV for such a wonderful, stressless experience! I know I wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Let's just hope I don't need to!

Im very pleased with their service. It was quick and very professional. The technician was bilingual (English-Spanish) so if I had any questions I felt he could understand me and explain in detail. They sent the results of my ultrasound to two of my providers as per my request. I highly recommend this facility.

I just want to say that this place was very cleaned I felt very welcome . At first I felt very nervous very uncomfortable because it’s my first time that I had done a transvaginal ultrasound done . But Horacio Topete was Very professional made me feel comfortable and very friendly. Very knowledgeable and experienced and professional in his field .
