Think it’s dumb you have to have an appointment just drop something off. Should have stickers on bottle already so we can just drop off. Then this location and 4 techs and in 30 min they didn’t take one person in. It seriously takes each of them to 30 min to get samples .This is why it takes so long !

Horrible I been waiting in the waiting room for over 20 minutes I got a text to come in then my name disappeared from the tv screen. They should close for lunch.

The location is not doing all the tests. There is no way to find out on the website or by calling the branch to see whether or not they perform certain tests, waste of time and energy. I am giving two stars instead of one only because the employee was helpful. When I faced the same situation at quest in West Hartford, the employee was rude and would not help me find the location that performed the test I was ordered.

Adriana helped me, as well as a gentleman whose name I can’t remember. They both made me feel extremely calm, and comfortable, and I am somebody who gets a lot anxiety when I get my blood drawn. Adriana was very sweet. When I told her that I get nauseous and sometimes pass out, she immediately relocated us to another room with a reclining chair. She asked me what I needed and talked to me to distract me the entire time. The blood draw was one of the quickest and easiest ones I’ve ever had. I definitely will go back and ask to see Adriana next time!

I will never come here again. This nurse whatever you wanna call her drew blood and got the blood all over my arm and damn clothes! I don’t recommend anybody to come to this unprofessional facility. I would go to an actual hospital to get blood drawn. Then I told her I don’t do well with needles and she didn’t even thought about asking for another nurse to come in the room. After that I felt dizzy and wanted to vomit. I’ll never come back here again and the wait time is ridiculous doesn’t even matter if you scheduled an appointment.
